Episode Context

Sitting at episode 43 of 61, this lands deep in the Buu Saga's second act, following the more playful 'Buu-Buu Volleyball' episode and directly setting up 'Buu is Overwhelmed! Ultimate Gohan's Superpower!!', a clear escalation. Gohan's return marks a critical narrative pivot after his extended absence for training, shifting the power dynamics of the ongoing conflict. This is the kind of transitional episode that resets the stakes before the saga's final stretch.
