Episode Context

Positioned directly after the emotionally heavy conclusion of the Future Trunks saga, episode 68 functions as a deliberate cooldown, a standalone filler that lets the cast (and the audience) decompress before Dragon Ball Super ramps toward its next major storyline. With 63 episodes still ahead, it marks a transitional gap between major arcs, prioritizing character comedy over plot progression.
