Episode Context

Coming off Future Trunks' emotionally charged reunion with Gohan, this episode pivots sharply toward the mystery of Goku Black's origin, taking the investigation to Universe 10 and introducing Zamasu as a key figure. It bridges the initial shock of Trunks' return with the deeper mythological layers of the conflict ahead. Everything here is foundational groundwork. Zamasu's philosophy and his reaction to Goku plant seeds that will define the trajectory of this entire arc.
