Episode Context

Positioned at episode 128 of 131, this lands in the final stretch of the Tournament of Power, where Universe 7's fighters are being pushed beyond every known limit. A major sacrifice in the preceding episode has thinned the ranks, leaving Vegeta to carry the fight forward solo and setting the emotional stakes at their peak. What unfolds here directly establishes the conditions for the tournament's climactic final confrontation in the remaining episodes.
