Episode Context

Episode 126 of 131 places this deep in the Tournament of Power's endgame, directly responding to Toppo's God of Destruction transformation from the previous episode. Vegeta's confrontation here resolves one major threat and narrows the battlefield, clearing the path for the final showdown with Jiren that dominates the remaining episodes. This is the last significant Vegeta-centric battle of the tournament, making it a pivotal character payoff before the series shifts its full attention to Goku's climactic fight.
