nmaluleka29rated Dorohedoro Season 2 Episode 1 - Let's Use Our Resources with Care / Horror! Bloody Mansion Slaughter Dance

Episode one wastes no time pulling us into its strange and violent world. We meet Risu, who is searching for answers about his past. He finds some clues, but not the full truth, which keeps us curious and wanting more. I liked that the story didn’t drag things out, it got straight to the point and gave us the important pieces right away.

The fight scenes were tense and exciting, though the amount of blood and gore felt a bit over the top for me. I would have preferred more focus on the actual fighting and less on the splatter. Still, the chaos fits the dark style of the show.

One thing I wish we had seen is Noi’s weak spot. We learn that sorcerers have weak points that can stop them from using magic, but the episode doesn’t show us where hers is. That detail could have added more strategy to the fights and made them feel less about brute force and more about survival.

Even with all the violence, the episode introduces deeper themes like loss, love, and the search for identity. Beneath the chaos, the characters are driven by feelings and goals that make the story more meaningful.

Overall, episode one sets the tone perfectly: strange, intense, and emotional. It’s messy but gripping, and it leaves you eager to see what happens next.
