Episode Context

Episode 9 of 12 sits firmly in the escalation phase, building directly on the SCM revelations from 'Discovery' (Episode 8) while pushing the series toward its endgame. The convergence of Ryuuou, Zero, and a new challenger introduces complications that raise the stakes heading into 'Fall' (Episode 10), where consequences should start landing hard. This is the narrative hinge point, everything before it was setup, everything after it is fallout.
