Episode Context

Following Episode 2's introduction of the Daiku-Maryu crew and Daiya's initial reckoning with his role, this episode marks the emotional point of no return. Daiya stops questioning his place and fully commits to the mission against the Darius Army. It functions as the closing chapter of the series' opening character setup, making it essential connective tissue before Episode 4, 'Let's Go! Operation Enter Darius!', which launches the crew into active offensive operations.
