The final selection episode is what Tanjiro has been training for. The demon's designs are unique especially the hand demon's where it is grotesque and eerie. The story build up hype for Tanjiro's first ever water breathing technique.
This Episode is intense and emotional. Watching Tanjiro face the Final Selection, especially the creepy hand demon, was both thrilling and heartbreaking. The reveal about Sabito and Makomo makes me sad. Tanjiro’s victory felt deeply meaningful.
After finishing the hard training with his master, hero embarks on a more challenging journey and visuals of the monsters has a really unique concept
The atmosphere remains intense and well-crafted throughout. I appreciated the controlled pacing, which allowed the emotional movements to resonate naturally. The visual are refined and striking, and the overall tone keeps you fully engaged. It feels like a meaningful progression.
Tanjiro enters a dangerous survival trail where strategy and awareness matter more than strength. The episode emphasises tension, decision making, and endurance as he faces unfamiliar threats in a hostile environment.

Ep 4 delivers big action, emotion, and stakes all in one. Tanjiro’s first demon fight shows his skill and determination, the fight scenes are slick, and the bond with Nezuko keeps it heartfelt. A perfect mix of tension, excitement, and heart.
