Another hardship and training episode focused on the main character. This time a new character was introduced who helped with his training. The momentum stayed slow and skipping this episode wouldn't affect future or next episodes, but you might have missed small details and info that appeared in this episode.

i liked how this new concept of some kind of taimanins but in the older japan and the without the hentai, always wondered if that works of inspiration for this new series, i like the new characters introduce in this episode

I was worried this would be a boring training arc but seeing him actually cut that massive boulder was such a massive payoff and Nezuko just sleeping for two years straight is stressing me out

Makomo is so sweet but Sabito is a total jerk to Tanjiro, though I guess it worked since he finally managed to slice that giant boulder in one hit after two years of failing

Watching the waterfall training made me feel so bad for him and then seeing Tanjiro finally win against Sabito made me want to cheer so loud. He finally looks like a real fighter

The way Sabito talked about carving the lessons into his marrow was intense and then the rock just splits in half and they disappear like ghosts. This mountain is haunted and I love it

Tanjiro screaming at the rock felt so real and then Sabito just shows up out of nowhere to humble him. That mask is creepy and cool at the same time and I need to know if they are even alive

Urokodaki threatening to break Tanjiro's bones if he snaps the sword is hilarious and terrifying and it shows how serious this job actually is

Makomo is such a sweetheart compared to Sabito, and her explaining how the breathing works actually made the power system easy to understand

When Tanjiro cried over his diary entries, I couldn't help but feel a pang for him; it's so clear his entire grueling journey is just for Nezuko, and those quiet tears are his only outlet. It makes me realize how truly lonely his path must be, despite his unwavering determination.
