EPISODE REVIEWS

The entirety of the red dragon scene already made me cry and the rest of the episode killed me in a good way.

Episode Context

Sitting at the exact halfway mark of the 24-episode season, 'Red Dragon II' serves as the critical emotional fulcrum between the first cour's dungeon-crawling momentum and the deeper, more complex territory ahead. It directly follows the climactic battle of 'Red Dragon I' and processes its aftermath, while setting the stage for 'Red Dragon III / Good Medicine,' where the consequences explored here begin to reshape the party's trajectory for the second half of the season.
