The gore caught me off guard, but it's not enough to save the editing in the action sequences which considerably dropped in quality.

As the boys get closer to Sooha, they encounter an intense fight that leaves me jaw-dropped. It's so emotional, and it makes you wonder if anything is permanent. But, with the way this series has been, you still kinda know everyone will make it through somehow.

The fight scene was really underwhelming, specially this late in the series. The animation also fell off and it portrayed the boys as a very weak “knights” as they fight with just a pawn of the main antagonist.

This episode frustrates me with how the boys fight. I thought they had some kind of ‘Your Highness’ power, but why are they like that 😤. The pacing here is faster and more action-heavy compared to other episodes. And i just can’t get over the fight scenes.

Tensions finally explode as the boys face off in a brutal confrontation under the dim waning moon. Sooha gets closer to the truth while the vampire group’s control starts cracking.

Hmmm I don't know about this one. This episode looks important plot-wise but it didn't keep me as engaged as I expected. Good voice acting though

It was hard to watch the entire episode. I get that it was excruciating to be in that circumstance, especially as Heli but they could have done a better job with the execution of the whole thing. Sure, the goal was to make this ep emotional but they fumbled this one big time.

The fights were animated so awkwardly I can't even begin to describe where. I think that whole museum bit dragged on more than it should have.

A tense episode that keeps building toward something bigger.

In dark moon the blood altar tensions escalate as rival forces collide and hidden motives surface. Loyalties are tested and the confrontation grows more dangerous pushing the characters toward a critical turning point while the mystery surrounding the conflict deepens.

Mortal combat, sure, but if the studio can't even make a 'black mist' look polished, it's just gonna be mid. 🙄

Can't even scale this episode, there are literally zero feats to analyze to get any AP or durability stats. What even is this, a prequel to nothing? 💀

Episode not even out yet and already know crunchyroll's gonna butcher the dialogue with their woke agenda. Call it neutral cause I literally cant see the damage yet 😤

I-It's not like that "Mortal Combat" episode was *that* thrilling or anything, b-but I guess the supernatural stuff was… fine. Whatever 🙄.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Following Episode 9's 'The Black Mist of Railgun' — which deepened the supernatural mysteries surrounding Sooha and the Decelis Academy students — Episode 10 marks the clear pivot from investigation and tension-building into full-scale conflict. As the third-to-last episode, this is the classic narrative inflection point where stakes become irreversible. It sets the stage directly for the final two episodes to deliver resolution and climax.
