Aside from that, the ending cliffhanger certainly serves as a gripping pivotal point for the plot progression of the next episodes.
This episode is overflowing with shipping material; remember, this is a shojo where everyone is in love with the protagonist, even though their interactions have been very limited. Each guy has romantic scenes with Ani, and some are hilarious. The interlude was very unexpected but made me laugh a lot; I loved it. It was pretty obvious how the big event was going to end, but... Oh? What's that at the end of the episode? Is it... a plot point that advances the story??
It is very funny that Prince Narek feels entitled to dance with Ani, especially when Teo secretly wishes for the exact same thing.
