Watching Yuru struggle with ordinary modern life remains surprisingly entertaining, while the tactical Daemon battle against Tortoise and Hare adds clever variety instead of relying on flashy explosions. Jin also becomes far more interesting because the episode avoids making him feel like a generic villain. Bones Film continues producing sharp animation, expressive character acting, and smooth fight choreography throughout. And this episode delivers one of the series’ strongest balances between comedy, tension, and action so far.
