Episode Context

Following Episode 2's high-velocity clash between the Zero-Zero cyborgs and Nemesis, this finale processes the fallout through direct ideological confrontation rather than escalating the physical conflict. It serves as both reckoning and pivot point, the Joe-and-Graviton dynamic reaches its emotional peak while the introduction of an outside threat signals the story's stakes extend beyond the two groups' rivalry. As the concluding chapter of Cyborg 009: Nemesis, it functions as a definitive statement on the OVA's central tension between justice and method.
