EPISODE REVIEWS

Davide was about to get ripped off of his upgrade, but upon knowing who the supplier was and the situation, Maine gave David one shot at being an Edgerunner. His trial was a data heist which went haywire and had to improvise but still got the job done.

Episode Context

Following Episode 2's introduction of Lucy and David's first taste of augmented power, 'Smooth Criminal' commits fully to his integration with the edgerunner crew, this is where the found-family dynamic begins to take shape. Sitting at the 30% mark of a tight 10-episode run, it bridges David's origin story with the deeper world-building and escalating stakes that Episode 4, 'Lucky You,' will push further as his training intensifies and his old identity fades.
