It is wild how this series actually takes the time to build a real psychological atmosphere instead of just jumping into the action. Seeing Midori get caught in that trap at Naomi's mansion was genuinely disturbing, and it makes you realize why people still talk about this one as a pioneer for the darker side of the genre even now.
