The way this episode turned out was really good. The smooth animation was amazing. The story progression so far has me really interested, especially that ending scene, which proves that the plot is thickening. It's only just getting started!

This was such an intense episode. Alicia was such a baddie—I love her so much! Though, they really dragged the fight out a little bit. At the very least, I still liked how it turned out.

I liked this episode. It was full of action and hectic moments. The bugs really put me off, but I kinda liked how they delivered that part. Anyway, I can't wait for the next episode. It's getting SO good!

Episode Context

Coming off Episode 7's revelations about Drel's wizards and their attempted abduction of Luna, 'Current of Insects' channels that tension directly into combat as Alicia faces one of Drel's key operatives. Sitting at the two-thirds mark of this 12-episode season, this episode bridges the investigative middle stretch into what appears to be an all-out conflict phase. It directly sets the stage for the escalating warfare teased in Episode 9, 'War Zone Hiderat,' as Drel's forces push their advance further.
