QUICK TAKES

This episode is starting to get more exciting and interesting. Besides that, the interaction between Kei and Ichika adds a touch of a more relaxed atmosphere to this episode. The pacing is fast and there's no eventful moments happen yet.

I don't think Hosen is all brute and force. I feel like he is also smarter but deals a different approach than Ryuen. Ryuen learned from his mistakes and I think Hosen will most likely learn also if the it comes.

Un episodio completo donde nos muestran desarrollo de personajes secundarios, las estrategias para el examen de los distintos grupos, e incluso un momento de humor.

This episode really shows the weight of leadership. Everyone steping up and defining their roles under such heavy pressure is awesome. Great episode in my opinion.

EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 3 follows the transactional groundwork of Episode 2, where initial alliances were brokered, and narrows the lens onto the most stubborn holdouts — pushing negotiations from tense diplomacy into outright stalemate. This is the crucial pressure-building midpoint of the special exam arc, where Horikita's leadership is tested at its limits. The impasse reached here directly sets the stage for the high-stakes confrontations expected in the episodes ahead.
