Strong impression for season 3. Another challenge outside school and Ayanokouji starts getting more recognition from others. The strategy is well made and every part keeps you hooked until the end. Must watch to understand this arc!

From the opening episode, the story is trying to shift its focus not entirely on MC class but also on upperclassmen class which give a fresh view on the character interaction. Overall a solid starting episode and it does well in building anticipation

Intriguing in its own right but not a good for an episode 1. Something's missing but can't quite put a finger on it. Hopefully things pick up in the next one

Episode Context

As the season three premiere, this episode transitions directly from the hard-fought battles of season two into a new semester and a fresh proving ground. The mountain training camp introduces the core structure that will likely drive early-season conflict, reshuffling class loyalties and testing alliances forged in previous arcs. It establishes the competitive framework and character dynamics that the remaining twelve episodes will escalate.
