EPISODE REVIEWS

Not gonna lie, Episode 1 is kinda chill, but it’s still really engaging. Chitose helping that shut-in classmate is way more touching than I expected. You can already tell this series is gonna hit those heartstrings moments without being over the top. XD

Episode Context

As the first of thirteen episodes, this premiere is purely foundational, dedicating its runtime to establishing Saku Chitose's world, reputation, and key relationships before any major conflicts emerge. It directly sets up the second episode, 'Let's Start Breaking Common Ground,' where Saku shifts from coasting on his social strengths to confronting a meaningful challenge involving a withdrawn classmate. The groundwork laid here for Saku's polished persona is clearly designed to be tested and complicated across the full season.
