Episode Context

Following the events of 'Journey to the Past,' where Luna delivers critical weapon plans to Admiral Rudolph and the resistance gains ground, this episode escalates the stakes between humanity and the Black King's machine forces. Sitting at episode three of four, it functions as the narrative pressure chamber, tightening the conflict before the finale. 'Blitz on the Bridge' directly sets the stage for 'The Reviver' and the series' climactic resolution.
