Episode Context

This is a filler episode nestled between other standalone cases, it follows the culinary mystery of 'The Missing Japanese Sweet in the Old Shop' (Episode 694) and leads into 'The Stormy Flowerbed Conspiracy' (Episode 696). None of these episodes advance the Black Organization storyline or any major serial arc, so viewers tracking the main plot can skip freely. For episodic mystery fans, it's part of a comfortable run of one-off cases.
