Episode Context

This episode concludes the two-part 'Mystery in the Net' case that began in Episode 246, where the initial crime scene and disappearing body were established. As a canon standalone case deep into the series' long run, it maintains the show's episodic investigative rhythm without advancing the larger Black Organization narrative. The resolution here transitions cleanly into Episode 248, 'The Alibi of the Soothing Forest,' launching the next self-contained mystery.
