Ugh, 'Howling Rain' was just... whatever. It's not like I cared about Ryuuga being all angsty, but I guess Suo getting back to his emo ways was... fine, I suppose. Neutral. 🙄

Episode Context

Episode 7 escalated the conflict with Gabwelius and the Mirazh Card, raising the stakes around control of Fantasma. Episode 8 absorbs that impact through Ryuga's emotional fallout and Akina's response, deepening the personal cost behind the season's larger battle. This positions the story heading into Episode 9, where attention shifts toward the remaining Fantôme Fighter and what looks to be a decisive next stage involving Kurumi.
