Nobody warned me this candy race would turn into a horror movie. Caries going full monster and eating the track had me gripping my chair

Episode Context

Episode 22, "Wacky Kart Race," trades domestic mishaps for a loud, rule-free competition. Ame and Caries join their usual acquaintances and rivals in a chaotic kart event where candy scattered on the track works as both prize and distraction. The pacing is brisk and escalating, built on visual gags, opportunistic cheating, and exaggerated reactions rather than character drama. Caries' hunger and intensity feed directly into the comic spectacle, and the series' slightly grotesque candy-and-cavities humor runs through the race's unruliest moments. Mikan, Beef, Shark, Harold, Mad Dentist, and Ame's Mother appear within the ensemble. Comedy stays broad and mischievous, with short-form energy and an emphasis on escalating gags over sentiment. The episode commits fully to parody, treating the competition as an excuse for absurdity rather than a story with stakes.
