EPISODE REVIEWS

This episode is more of a breather compared to the previous episode. This episode showcases how the characters move on and how the human mind embraces some untruths. There's also a part in this episode where the animation style changes and it looks really beautiful! Can't wait to see the next episode!

This episode is quite "calm" at first. After the chaos of the previous chapter, one might think it's strange and anticlimactic that the characters are spending quiet, static days when they should be searching for ways to get home. But within this tranquility, the anime doesn't neglect to drop hints about the characters' development, how they interact, and what they're hiding. On the other hand, halfway through the episode, we enter an intense introspection of Ritsu, who still has to deal with his lack of memories and his relationship with μ. The art in these scenes is beautiful; I really like how they changed the animation style to something more watercolor-like and sketch-like to reflect a mental "abstraction." This episode certainly has much more to it than meets the eye.

Continuing from the last episode, the story examines how readily the human mind embraces reassuring untruths, adding slice-of-life moments with emotional depth, which involves a reward breather. character between Ritsu and μ for underscoring the human mind to deception from the past
