The story feels stagnant. We’re already midway through the season, yet the plot keeps circling the same dumb misunderstandings. The comedy often falls flat, and shifts from serious to goofy feel jarring. I was hoping for real character or plot growth around the genie battles.

Episode Context

The midpoint of Bucchigiri?! hits hard. Episode 6 cranks the tension to its highest level yet, throwing the simmering gang rivalries into full boil. Expect a charged atmosphere as Kenichiro and Marito's long-standing animosity takes center stage, with the show pulling back layers on what drives their hatred. Meanwhile, the NG BOYS aren't sitting idle, they're making moves while everyone else is distracted. Arajin, Matakara, and Mahoro each face their own crossroads, caught between loyalty, ambition, and survival. MAPPA delivers dynamic action sequences alongside genuine character moments, and the pacing refuses to let up. This is the episode where the comedy-supernatural blend leans heavier into its dramatic stakes. If the first five episodes were the fuse, this one is the spark.
