This was an amazing first episode!! This is exactly the type of anime that I adore. The dark, unsettling tone and the gloomy 90s art style had me hooked within the first few minutes.

If you enjoy dark, surreal anime like Serial Experiments Lain, this seems to be very close in tone and atmosphere.
