What a messed up childhood Izumo had, no wonder she became so closed off and reluctant to build relationships. Seeing her mom become that way, and what happened to the Illuminati lady was sad. This episode was really deep. BE READY, cause damn it's something else.
This flashback-heavy episode gives Izumo’s story real emotional depth. The tragedy around her family, the pressure she carried, and the cruel choices forced on her make this one heartbreaking without losing the arc’s momentum.
