This episode gave me a strong sense of betrayal. And its slow pacing made every scene feel tense and heavy, especially when Fumito appeared.
I have to admit, I underestimated this anime. So many things were explained in this episode that I thought were just issues with the writing or things I had to suspend my disbelief for.
We got A LOT of new info, I'm not sure how they're going to wrap it all up in one final episode.
They've been withholding information on the show the whole time, and now they're info-dumping the hell out of everything! Now, my head hurts, and it doesn't seem like good planning of plot progression because it's already the 11th episode, and they're not giving us ample time to process all this information.
EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 10 cracked open Saya's doubts about her past and identity; episode 11 takes that fracture and splits the entire narrative wide open, serving as the true revelation episode of the series. This penultimate installment functions as the bridge between the mystery's long accumulation and the finale's climactic confrontation, making it arguably the most critical episode in the twelve-episode run. Everything established here feeds directly into episode 12, where the full scope of the conspiracy and Saya's true nature are set to be laid bare.
