Mayuri and Kageroza fighting with all those crazy inventions showed how far Mayuri will go to stay on top

Episode Context

Coming directly off the large-scale battle in Episode 328, 'Defeat Kageroza! Shinigami, All-Out War!', this episode deliberately downshifts into exposition territory, pulling back the curtain on Nozomi's hidden past and the forbidden research at the heart of the Gotei 13 Invading Army filler arc. It functions as a narrative bridge, converting the momentum from recent fights into stakes-building revelations that will fuel the arc's remaining confrontations. With roughly 37 episodes left in the full series, this filler arc is nearing its conclusion before Bleach returns to canon material.
