When fake Rangiku just brutally laid into Kon while he was genuinely trying to protect Nozomi, I just felt this surge of helplessness watching it unfold. It's so frustrating to see him finally take something seriously and really try, only for it to be met with such a merciless beating; I was truly hoping he'd at least get a lucky shot in or something, knowing how much it meant to him.
