The new villains seem to hate each other already because Grimmjow and Ulquiorra clearly cannot stand being in the same room together

Episode Context

Coming off the Soul Reapers' arrival in the previous episode, Episode 116 strategically shifts perspective to flesh out the Arrancar threat from within, giving Aizen's forces dimension before the inevitable clash. This is a canon pivot point that contextualizes the power structure viewers will be watching shatter over the coming episodes. It bridges the early Arrancar encounters with the larger-scale confrontations building on the horizon.
