When Lille transformed into that horrifying giant white bird, I just felt a chill run down my spine, honestly. How in the world are they even supposed to fight something that can just pierce through solid reality like it's nothing? It's genuinely frustrating thinking about how broken his abilities are and what kind of impossible counter move they'll need.

I felt the chills when the sky went dark for Shunsui and his Bankai was so haunting and that shadow woman hugging him was everything

the way the animation captured the diseased spots appearing on lille during the second act of the bankai was genuinely gruesome and perfect

When Lille Barro unleashed that X-axis, I genuinely wondered how Shunsui would even stand a chance, it felt so completely unstoppable. But then, seeing him strategically use his games to navigate those blind spots? It really showed me just how cunning and resourceful he can be when pushed to the absolute limit.

Seeing the Captain Commander finally go all out shows why he was chosen to lead the Gotei 13 because that Bankai is an absolute nightmare and it does not care if you think you are divine or not, the contrast between his usual laid back attitude and the sheer weight of that four act tragedy and that dark ocean really landed for everyone watching

I was not ready for how dark Shunsui's Bankai actually is, the way he and Lille Barro were just drowning in that abyss together was haunting

I really felt the dread when the sky turned black and those shadow branches started growing and Shunsui looks like a completely different person when he uses that Bankai

Lille Barro thought he was a god until Shunsui dragged him into that dark ocean and watching his arrogance turn into pure fear was so satisfying
