Yhwach standing in that blinding white chamber and calling the Soul King his father, before just running a sword through him, was way more intense than I expected and it really feels like the Soul Society is completely finished because the Zero Squad is dead and Ichigo got there too late to stop the literal end of the world

That whole gold loom appearing from the sky and just unraveling the world into tapestries completely floored me; I was honestly so shocked at how casually Senjumaru strolled through the fabric while everyone else was helplessly caught. It really makes me think about the sheer, terrifying scale of power these captains possess.
