Episode 7 hits in a quieter but heavier way. The action eases up a bit, but the emotional impact is stronger than ever. You really feel the aftermath and how much has been lost. It gives the story room to breathe while still keeping that tension underneath.

Episode Context

Sitting just past the midpoint of this 13-episode cour, 'I Am the Edge' continues the momentum built by 'The White Haze,' where the Soul Reapers faced devastating setbacks and were forced to adapt. This episode deepens the conflict further, serving as a critical bridge that raises the stakes ahead of episode 8, 'The Headless Star,' which promises to push ongoing battles and character arcs into even more consequential territory.
