This felt more of a transitional episode that attempts to tie off a loose end while opening the path forward for a bigger conflict. The pacing was okay, it moves the plot from one stage to another without a lot of drama around it. The animation is still pretty consistent since the first episode.
This episode was full of sadness and pain. It made me wonder how Manji keeps going despite the burden of being immortal. The fight scenes were intense, but what stood out to me was how Rin still managed to stay strong through everything. It was a heavy episode that kept me emotionally invested.
I didn’t expect this episode to be as emotional as it was, and I liked how it made the story feel more personal. The action was also a big part of what made it enjoyable, with the fights being some of the best so far. I stayed interested the whole time because it balanced the serious moments with exciting scenes. I recommend watching it if you like episodes that have both strong emotions and good action.
