Episode Context

Sitting at episode 72 of 170, this lands squarely in the buildup phase toward the Royal Knights Selection Test, a major competitive arc that will reshape team dynamics. The previous episode established Mereoleona as a force of nature and set the training gauntlet in motion; 'Saint Elmo's Fire' capitalizes on that momentum by deepening character abilities and relationships before the stakes escalate significantly. The groundwork laid here for Asta, Noelle, and the broader cast pays dividends in the high-pressure battles ahead.
