OK episode. Not much to comment on since it's pretty stagnant in terms of story. It only really becomes plot relevant towards the end with Asta and the priest guy. Can skip though.

The sequence of emotional flashbacks with Asta and Father Orsi really contributed to the emotional scene. Asta's desperation and depressed feelings towards not being able to do anything could be felt through the screen.

Recap ahh episode. Nothing much happens, it just shows us Asta and Yuno's progression from the orphanage people's/Sister Lily's perspective. It was pretty underwhelming when the cliffhanger of the previous episode was eluding to a bigger battle with the two of them.

The way the Witch Queen just shows up again out of nowhere makes the whole situation feel way more intense and you can tell something massive is about to happen next week

You spend twenty minutes watching things that already happened and then the episode just ends right when it starts getting good which is a total letdown for anyone wanting the plot to move

I usually hate it when shows lean this hard into recaps but seeing the Witch Queen again was such a cool surprise that it made up for the flashbacks, plus seeing how far Asta has come since the start is always going to be cool even if the title Two Miracles feels like they are reaching a bit with Yuno this time

Wait was that really a recap episode because seeing Asta refuse to give up when his arms were broken still gets to me and that cliffhanger at the end was actually insane

I think the title Two Miracles is a bit of a stretch when most of this was just flashbacks and I was really hoping for more actual progress after waiting all week

Asta, my dude, those flashbacks to his arms getting crushed were seriously intense, I was just thinking "come on, not again, can't he just catch a break?!" And then that cliffhanger hit, leaving me totally buzzing and already speculating about what wild magic they'll pull out next episode to fix things.

Watching all those old scenes again was okay, but calling this episode Two Miracles feels weird since Yuno barely did anything miraculous compared to Asta pushing through his injuries

Vanessa knowing some secret magic to save those arms is the only thing keeping the hope alive after that depressing diagnosis from the doctor

That new black sword looks way different than the other two and Asta pulling it out during his rage was the highlight for sure

Most of this was just scenes from the first few episodes and it feels like the story is barely moving forward during this invasion

Half of this was basically a highlight reel of everything they already did but that ending with the third sword and the demon form made the wait somewhat worth it

That black sword just appearing out of the grimoire was insane and Asta screaming in pain while that vision of Licht flashed by was a lot to process

I felt so bad watching Asta try to swing his sword when his arms are literally cursed and broken and he just wont give up even if Owen says its impossible

That vision of Licht when Asta grabbed the third sword makes the mystery about where these weapons come from even more confusing and interesting

Klaus really spent half the time just summarizing things that happened twenty episodes ago and it felt like a total waste of a slot despite the cool ending

calling Yuno a miracle feels like a stretch when he just gets every power handed to him on a silver platter while Asta actually works for his life

Father Orsi saying how proud he was of those two boys right before he collapsed was the only good part of all these flashbacks and maybe seeing a bit of Julius again

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at episode 102 of 170, this falls squarely within the Elf Reincarnation Arc, one of Black Clover's most consequential storylines. It directly follows the events of the previous episode where Asta and Yuno's hometown came under attack, escalating that conflict to its emotional peak. The resolution here feeds directly into the next episode, 'Release from Misfortune,' as the broader crisis engulfing the Clover Kingdom continues to intensify.
