I was glad they showed us sister Lily and the orphanage again, but I did not expect it to be in that way... looks like sister Lily can fight as well!

From all our previous scenes of Nozel, he came off as more cold and distant towards others. Seeing his mindset and resourceful planning makes me realize his commands always have the end goal in mind.

The combination of scenes so far really helps emphasize how wide-scale the elven attack is across the kingdom! They've shown so many different civilian's POVs in order to show the dire situation, it really helps showcase the panic and chaos.

Nozel acknowledging Noelle as a royal who needs to help him defend the capital was a huge step for their relationship and you can see her blushing after he said it

I have been waiting so long for Noelle to get some respect from her family and seeing Nozel admit she is a powerful royal made me so happy. It shows how much she has grown as a knight since the start. Also what Licht said about Asta's grimoire not being his anymore has me really worried about what happens next

Nash trying to stand his ground against that magic knight before the big guys showed up was actually really brave and showed the Hage spirit

I almost cried seeing Asta and Yuno land in Hage right when Sister Lily was in danger and those two boys really have come such a long way from the church

Nozel telling Noelle she is vital for the fight at the royal capital is the kind of growth that makes these characters interesting and he finally looks like a real captain

That elf really thought he could just poison Father Orsi and get away with it, but then the boys landed and completely changed the energy of the whole fight

Watching the two boys land in their old village to take down that elf was such a massive moment for their journey as rivals

Watching Nash try to defend the church with his little fire magic was so brave and it made the entrance for Asta and Yuno feel so much more earned when they finally landed

I actually started tearing up when Asta and Yuno landed in Hage and saved everyone and seeing their home village in trouble really hit me hard

Nozel might actually be starting to respect Noelle, and his sudden change in attitude towards his sister is definitely a shock after everything he put her through

Nash trying to fight that elf was brave but watching Asta and Yuno drop in to save their home village was the real highlight and it made the stakes feel huge

You can tell the budget went into the last fight but seeing the church family again was worth the slower pace and the threat to Hage felt so personal

I was still recovering from the absolute madness of the previous episode, but seeing Hage Village under attack really hit me where it hurts. It was so intense watching Nash try to stand his ground for Sister Lily. When Asta and Yuno finally made their grand entrance to protect their home, it felt like everything came full circle for them

Watching the very first village from the beginning of the show get attacked made the danger feel so much more real than just another random city battle

My heart actually hurt watching Nash try to stand up to that elf and then seeing Asta arrive made me want to scream with joy because he finally came home to protect them

The poison magic attacking Father Orsi was actually hard to watch and it really raised the stakes for Asta and Yuno to get there in time and save their family from the elf
