The Season 1 finale brings everything the show has been building toward to a thrilling, emotionally grounded climax. The episode balances high-stakes sci-fi action with raw character drama, putting the bond between Tsutomu, Birdy, and Sayaka to its ultimate test.
An action-packed episode with a bittersweet ending. It's disappointing that some characters didn't have to face the consequences of their actions but let's leave that for the next part of the story. The animation seemed to have improved, returning to the quality seen in the first episode. The soundtrack also did an excellent job of making every scene feel more immersive. What's next? Be sure to watch the OVA before jumping into the second season.
The atmosphere is quite gripping at the beginning. Although the narrative is rather convoluted, the action is epic, dynamic and absolutely thrilling. This fits perfectly with the atmosphere, which builds tension all the way through to the story’s conclusion. We find ourselves drawn into the puzzles and the plot. This final episode is emotional too🥺
