I like the desert setting in this episode, it feels like a brand new atmosphere after those dark environments. The writing was well done, the information was not dumped in a single scene, instead it was narrated across multiple scenes. The pacing itself is not even dragging and the action is quick and gets to the point. The music also fits the desert setting but it wasn't really memorable. The second was a bit heavy on the dialogue but it was still entertaining.

I loved how they balanced the action with deep character moments.

Episode Context

Following episode 5's journey to the dangerous region of Galia, this midseason entry introduces Myne, a pivotal alliance that redefines Fate's trajectory from lone survivor to reluctant partner. It functions as a clear bridge episode, closing out the solo-struggle phase of the first half and laying the groundwork for the collaborative dynamics that will drive the remaining six episodes. Expect everything established here to compound as the season pushes toward its climax.
