Episode Context

Coming directly off 'Reunion in the Den of Evil,' where Guts infiltrated the Tower of Conviction to reach Casca, this ninth episode plunges deeper into the tower's horrors and dramatically raises the stakes for every character trapped inside. With only three episodes remaining, this serves as the pressure cooker before the season's climactic payoff. It directly sets the stage for 'Hell's Angels,' where the full consequences of the tower's nightmarish events will erupt.
