Episode Context

Picking up directly from episode 8's groundwork around Aoi's growing feelings toward Oga, this ninth episode deepens those relationship dynamics while introducing MK-5 as a new faction in the delinquent hierarchy. Still early in the 60-episode run, the series is actively expanding its cast and layering in romantic tension that will fuel storylines well beyond this point. This episode serves as a bridge between initial character introductions and the larger group conflicts ahead.
