It was a drag in the early episodes but the payoff is worth it. Loved the music and the slideshow. That dialogue callback to when they first met at the end is peak! The band continues their path to greatness. I would go to a Beck concert in a heartbeat. See you at the Live house!

The final payoff. A feels good last episode to wrap up the show, complete with emotions of the time spent together with the characters. Despite its low moments, the rest of the show completely made up for it. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and the journey was worth it.

I love that their journey is off to a new frontier. The animation captures the American underground scene perfectly. The pacing is hopeful, but still shows that they are as gritty as they could ever be. The ending left me hoping for their success as a real rock band.
