This episode is for Seimei. Dont skip tho as it answers the history of the Chronometer. The story is a bit slow considering its on it's 7th episode. Hopefully there is a large action scenes in the next episodes as a comeback.

Im having some questions during Seimei and Shinshaku's time travel. It supposed to answer about the chronometer's origin but instead it missed some details about it's reappearance. Poor story writing, clearly having limited knowledge about time paradox.
