Straight into chaos. The inmates are introduced quickly and all feel dangerous. The “seeking defeat” idea is interesting. Not deep yet, but it sets the tone clearly.

This is getting interesting. Baki will fight despite his condition. The fight scene is intense and tight, with good fight choreography. The only downside is the animation. Just enough lore, balanced and a perfect amount. The ending of this episode is perfect for the next season.

This episode is lore-heavy. It is about Mohammad Alai's past. What he endured and his story about what happened in Japan. The fight scene is good, but it still has a few animation drops. It's a breather episode. And what an ending we have, totally unexpected.

The desperation in Retsu's voice feels heartfelt and real. Even if the ending wasn't action explosive forward, it felt like it was opening doors to something even larger. A 100% continue watching, especially to see Baki's hopeful comeback.

I love the intertwining of the introduction of Mohammad Alai, it gave the episode a much deeper perspective. Queue flashbacks and heavy conversations.

What's affecting Baki is finally starting to take a toll on him. There are a lot of major changes that take place this time, and the mood shifts to a heavier setting.

What stands out about Gaia is his unusual brawl style, which eventually results in victory. The style is completely out of the box, with eerie psychological pressure to it. A good watch, for clever tactics>>brute force.

That strike from Yuujirou is so satisfying. He just did one thing, but I'm sure he got everyone watching hyped up. What happened to Baki is unexpected. The moment is emotional, but seeing the bad animation makes me disappointed again.

Enter Baki's half brother, Jack Hanma. As the title rightly says, intense alpha energy here, where big personalities are clashing head to head. The fighting location is pretty bizarre.

Things get brutal again real quick, and this time the action doesn't hold back. It’s intense, savage, and keeps you on edge. This one is definitely for the viewers who prefer the darker side of Baki. A watch for Baki handling both Yanagi & Sirosky.

A ghastly technique, called the Poison Hand is introduced and it comes from the kudo martial arts. On a softer note, Baki and Kozue share a sweet moment. On the whole, this one is a bit more slower and lore oriented.

Tokugawa goes to visit an old master. The interesting part is the talk that comes after the explosion. There is a definite build up towards action, which hopefully shall be seen in the next episode.

Gaia and Sikorsky's fight is so satisfying, no overly explanation, just enough to understand what's happening. Yanagi's fight is getting boring, he is the representation of all talk, no bite. The appearance of Yuujirou is a great way to start the hype for the next episode.

Those emotional moments came out of nowhere, and Doyle pulling that move totally caught me off guard, same with Retsu. Watching Retsu stay calm while Doyle goes crazy was super satisfying.

This is hilarious. I feel sorry for the person who is trapped inside the phone booth with them. I like the plot twist in this episode. Sikorsky's words are being used on him. The fighting scenes are good. I'm starting to like this Gaia guy, his fighting style is different.

Whoa! 2 v 1, Yanaga and Sikrosky against Baki. I didn't expect Baki to do that. I also didn't expect Katsumi and Doyle. What a twist we have in this episode. Doyle has the best character development in this season. But we are back to having a bad animation.

What can I say, the way of the void is a brutal way. I just don't understand why they need to show that scene. I know it changes Baki but it doesn't need to be shown. A bit of lore is nice to have to understand what is happening. This new Baki is stronger, his father is right.

I think they are being kind to Doyle, doing all of that. There are a few animation drops, and I'm seeing less of the PowerPoint animation now, which is a good progress. A bit of cringy scenes, but it's fine. The voice actor for the foreigner is so good, the accent is there.

I feel bad for the bartender. The soundtrack choice is so effective in the fighting scene, it makes the fight scene hype and good. The fight scene choreography is so tight and intense. What Doyle did is unexpected, tsame with Retsu. It's a bit funny how Retsu crossed the water.

Okay! This is the weirdest episode of all. His father is in the room with them. But his father says something inspirational for once. This episode has enough lore in it to understand the story, and we are having a new character. And the ending is a cliffhanger.
