I really enjoyed this episode because it struck the perfect balance between comedy and character drama. It did an excellent job of portraying how difficult her past was and how her feelings gradually developed, all while staying true to the comedic charm that I enjoy most about this anime.

A major tone shift that gives Minami much needed depth. Instead of relying on her usual comedy role, the episode explores why she acts the way she does. It is sweet, awkward, and surprisingly sincere without abandoning the show's trademark humor.

Umm okay I didn't expect to have this whole throwback episode, but that was such a sweet one!!😭🫶🏻 Finally seeing Minami's background was lowkey something I didn't knew I needed. And the constant mix up of Japanese and other languages in here was gold.
