Episode Context

As episode 11 of 12, 'Charge' follows the devastating revelations and confrontations of 'Children,' translating accumulated tension into decisive action as the Survey Corps commits fully to their mission. This episode serves as the critical bridge between the season's mid-arc turning points and the finale 'Scream,' escalating the conflict to a breaking point that demands resolution. Everything Season 2 has been building, the mystery, the betrayals, the shifting allegiances, converges here into a breathless setup for the climax.
